Support ⋟ Virtual Number Detail

In this view, you can review Recent Call Records, tap Outdial to place an Outdial call, and tap SMS to view SMS conversations.

You can tap the back arrow ( < ) in the header on the left to take you back to the Virtual Number List page.

The Nickname is shown to the left under the Virtual Phone Number in gray, and the location of the number on the right.

The SMS button will take you to the SMS Conversation List.

The Outdial button will take you to a Dial Pad where you can place Outdial calls from your Virtual Number.

You can tap on any Call Record to view details about the call as well as listen to Call Recordings and Voicemails. You can pull down on the Call Records list to refresh the list if new calls have come in.
