Have the Call Back call recipient Press 1 to ensure a human is present on the line.

Enable "Human Check" to ensure a human is able to answer the phone.

When enabled the call recipient is asked to Press 1 to ensure they are on the line before the call is connected. If the person on the other line doesn´t press 1, the call fails and the call will NOT be billed. But if you do not use this option, and the call goes to their Voicemail, we consider the call ANSWERED and we DO bill the call.

Enable Human Check to avoid being billed if voicemail answers the Outdial calls.
